CAUTION
There is a Dangerous rift in the ice near the end of Alton Bay. This rift runs from Little Mark Island to between Fort Point and Black Point.

There have already been a few people seriously hurt there.

It is the equivalent of running your sled into a Jersey Barrier.

You will not be able to see this lifted ice at fast speeds or at night.

EXTREME CAUTION should be taken in this area.
